1. Acceptance of these terms

By using galz.uk you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

2. Who we are

galz.uk is operated by GALZ UK Ltd (“GALZ™”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 16832673, registered office 4 Bartlett View, Hockley, England, SS5 4FX. Contact: legal@galz.uk.

3. Who can use this site

• galz.uk is for players aged 10 to 20, their parents and guardians, football professionals, and prospective partners.
• Players must be 13 or over to join the waitlist themselves, and must confirm this before signing up. If you’re under 13, a parent or guardian needs to sign up for you on the Parent form. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
• By submitting the waitlist form you confirm that your information is accurate and, if you’re giving information about a child, that you’re her parent or legal guardian.

4. What this site is, and what it isn’t

galz.uk is a pre-launch marketing website for the GALZ™ app, which is in development. It describes GALZ™, the ACE Framework™ and our mission, and lets you join a waitlist for early access. It does not give access to the app, and it has no user accounts, messaging, mentorship booking or community features. Those are app features.

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not guarantee a place in any particular order, a specific launch date, or access to any specific feature.

5. Using the waitlist form

When you join, you give us your first name, email address and role so we can add you to our pre-launch list and send you a confirmation email. Players also confirm they are 13 or over. You can then answer up to three optional questions, which you’re free to skip. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• submit false information or pretend to be someone else
• submit the form repeatedly or by automated means
• use the form to send spam, malicious content or unsolicited material

We may remove any waitlist entry that we reasonably believe breaks these terms, without notice.

6. Intellectual property

GALZ™, the GALZ™ logo, ACE Framework™, She Who Plays Wins™, MyGALZ™ and other GALZ™ marks are trademarks of GALZ UK Ltd. All content on galz.uk, including text, graphics, photography and design, is owned by or licensed to GALZ UK Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• reproduce or republish site content commercially without our written permission
• use our trademarks, logos or brand assets without our permission
• scrape, crawl or systematically extract content, other than through standard search engine indexing

7. Third-party links and services

This site may link to third-party websites, such as our social media pages, and uses third-party services to operate. We’re not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites you visit from galz.uk.

8. Statistics and content accuracy

Where we refer to statistics about women’s and girls’ football, we use sourced, published figures. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee that every statement is up to date when you read it, particularly about app features and launch timing, which may change during development.

9. Disclaimers

galz.uk is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times
• we don’t guarantee that joining the waitlist will lead to app access, on any timeline
• nothing on this site is professional advice, whether medical, psychological, financial or otherwise

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GALZ UK Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of galz.uk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to the site or these terms

We may update galz.uk’s content, features or these terms as the site and the GALZ™ app develop. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Ending access

We may remove your waitlist entry, or restrict your use of the site, if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
